      The new TASCAM CD-RW900 adds a list of eagerly requested features to the most popular CD recorder on the market. Building on the success of the CD-RW750, the CD RW900 adds MP3 playback, pitch and key control, a key board input and more to an already packed feature set. MP3 playback is provided with ID3 tags, so you can read the names of tracks as they play. The user can navigate to directories on the CD, so MP3 files can be organized into folders before burning.

Pitch control is also a standard feature, with up to 16% control over playback. A new function called Key Original changes the playback speed without affecting the pitch.

The new PS/2 keyboard input offers not only the ability to name tracks using CD Text, but gives the user one-key access to frequently-accessed menu functions.

The CD-RW900 is a professional CD recorder that fits into 2 rack spaces. It features unbalanced RCA inputs and outputs, as well as S/PDIF digital ins and outs via optical and coaxial connectors. Dedicated analog input controls are provided on the front panel, and a digital input trim is also controllable.

Tascam CC-222 Combination CD/Cassette Recorder with MP3 Playback

Edit the Recordings. When recording to CompactFlash, the audio can even be edited with functions such as Audio Level Adjustment, Song Erase, and Trim for cutting out silence between songs. and then burn the performance directly to CD.

Convenient Connections. The CD-2e makes it easy to get audio in and out. For ultra convenience, a stereo microphone is built-in, or plug in external microphones with the two phone inputs, complete with phantom power. Auto Cue positions the machine at the first audio in a CD track, rather than the actual ID location. This eliminates dead space in the beginning of the track, allowing tighter cues for live shows.

The pitch control (±6%) allows for adjustments in pitch and tempo for musicians or dancers.                    

A clear LED notifies you if the pitch control is engaged.

A number pad is available right on the front panel, allowing you to quickly access the track number you want. The front panel headphone jack has a volume control, allowing you to comfortably check your cues.

The SPDIF coaxial digital output on the rear panel is helpful for connection to digital routing systems, or simply transferring audio from CD to MiniDisc, DAT, or another CD.
